Welcome to CoinRush. By using our platform, you agree to these terms. Read them carefully before you play.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, depositing cryptocurrency, or using any feature of CoinRush, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use CoinRush.

2. Eligibility

Age: You must be 18 years of age or older (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use CoinRush.

Jurisdiction: CoinRush is available to users in supported regions. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether using an online gaming platform is lawful in your country, state, or territory. CoinRush does not provide legal advice.

Restricted regions: Users from sanctioned or restricted territories (as determined by applicable international sanctions lists) are not permitted to use CoinRush.

3. Account Registration & Security

  • Provide accurate and truthful information when registering.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • One account per person. Multi-accounting is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension.
  • Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security. 2FA is required for withdrawals above $50.
  • Report any unauthorized access to your account immediately via support@coinrush.io.
  • CoinRush is not liable for losses resulting from compromised credentials that are outside our control.

4. Cryptocurrency Deposits

Supported Currencies

CoinRush accepts the following cryptocurrencies for deposits:

  • Bitcoin (BTC) — Bitcoin network
  • Ethereum (ETH) — Ethereum network
  • USDT — TRC-20 (Tron) and ERC-20 (Ethereum)
  • Litecoin (LTC) — Litecoin network
  • Solana (SOL) — Solana network
  • TRON (TRX) — Tron network
  • BNB — Binance Smart Chain

Deposit Process

  • Each deposit generates a unique payment address via our payment processor.
  • Your balance is credited automatically once the blockchain confirms the transaction.
  • The number of confirmations required varies by cryptocurrency.
  • The USD value of your deposit is calculated at the exchange rate at the time of confirmation.
  • Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed before you send funds.

⚠️ Important: Always send cryptocurrency to the exact address provided and on the correct network. Sending to the wrong address or wrong network will result in permanent loss of funds that CoinRush cannot recover.

5. Withdrawals

  • You may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the minimum withdrawal amount of $1.00 (100 coins).
  • Withdrawals are processed manually by our team within 1–24 hours.
  • Two-factor authentication (2FA) is required for withdrawals exceeding $50.
  • You may have up to 3 pending withdrawals at any time.
  • CoinRush reserves the right to request identity verification for large or suspicious withdrawals.
  • You may cancel a pending withdrawal to have the funds returned to your balance.
  • Blockchain network fees are deducted from the withdrawal amount.

6. Provably Fair Gaming

Every game on CoinRush uses provably fair technology:

  • Game outcomes are generated using HMAC-SHA256 cryptographic hashing.
  • Server seeds are committed (hashed) before the game starts.
  • You can independently verify every game result using the provided seeds.
  • Neither CoinRush nor any player can predict or manipulate outcomes after seeds are committed.

7. House Edge & Fees

CoinRush charges the following house fees, which are transparently displayed:

  • Coinflip: 2% of the winning pot
  • Jackpot: 4% of the total pot
  • Premium Jackpot: 3.2% of the total pot
  • Barbarian Duel: 2.5% of the winner's prize
  • Crash: Built into the crash curve
  • Dice / Limbo / Mines / Tower / Roulette / Plinko: Variable house edge displayed per game

No hidden fees. Blockchain network fees on withdrawals are separate and determined by the network, not CoinRush.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or permanent ban:

  • Operating multiple accounts (multi-accounting).
  • Using bots, scripts, macros, or any form of automation.
  • Attempting to exploit, hack, or manipulate game outcomes.
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Using CoinRush for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any illegal purpose.
  • Attempting to deposit or withdraw using stolen cryptocurrency.
  • Abusing promotions, bonuses, or referral systems.
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users in chat.
  • Impersonating CoinRush staff or other users.

9. Responsible Gambling

🎯 Play responsibly. Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to make money.

Self-exclusion: If you need to take a break, email support@coinrush.io. We can restrict or permanently close your account at your request.

Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account settings.

Session reminders: We will periodically remind you of time spent playing.

10. Risk Disclaimer

Cryptocurrency risk: The value of cryptocurrency is highly volatile. The value of your deposits may increase or decrease between the time you deposit and the time you withdraw.

Gambling risk: Gambling involves risk. You may lose some or all of the funds you deposit. Only gamble with money you can afford to lose.

No guarantees: CoinRush does not guarantee any returns or profits. Past performance in games does not indicate future results.

Regulatory risk: Cryptocurrency gambling regulation varies by jurisdiction and may change. It is your responsibility to stay informed about the laws in your region.

11. Disputes

If you believe an error has occurred:

  1. Contact us at support@coinrush.io with details and any supporting evidence.
  2. Include your username, the game or transaction in question, and the date/time.
  3. We will investigate and respond within 48 hours.
  4. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate by requesting a review of the provably fair game seeds.

CoinRush's decision on disputes is final.

12. Limitation of Liability

CoinRush is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Technical failures, server downtime, or network interruptions.
  • Losses resulting from your own errors, including sending crypto to incorrect addresses.
  • Changes in cryptocurrency exchange rates.
  • Failures of third-party services (payment processors, blockchain networks).
  • Losses due to unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of CoinRush.

In no event shall CoinRush's total liability exceed the amount of cryptocurrency held in your account.

13. Termination

  • You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
  • CoinRush may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.
  • Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via cryptocurrency withdrawal, minus applicable fees.
  • Accounts inactive for 12 months may be subject to an inactivity fee or closure after notification.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or on-site notification. Continued use of CoinRush after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
